Personal training is the Rolls Royce of training at TASH Fitness. This one-on-one, 30 minute training will have you and your FIAH Coach working together with all eyes on YOU! Your goals and fitness level are at the forefront of the coach at all times.
Functional movement plays a huge part of the workouts our personal trainers use. Functional movement allows them to create various, individualized workouts for the specific client with movement deficiencies in mind. Since our trainers address each client’s specific needs, they can improve without the threat of injury.
